You may request a full refund within 7 days of course enrollment, provided you have accessed less than 25% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or by emailing us directly.
After 7 days or if you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, refunds are not available. We encourage you to review course descriptions and preview materials before enrolling.
To request a refund, contact us with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including completed courses, courses accessed beyond the 25% threshold, and promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
If you have received a certificate of completion or have downloaded extensive course materials, refunds may not be available. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
